2024 Merry Market Application

The Details

All exhibitors must be present during the ENTIRE event.

* SPACES: $80 per 10x12 booth, $100 for corners,  $125 Food Trucks/Service, Trailers $110 outside, * Payments are non-refundable.

* APPLICATION: You will be notified via email after decisions are made. Applications are reviewed by a panel monthly beginning May 30th. Decisions are made based on product quality, pricing, booth display, category limitations, uniqueness, social presence, past event participation, and best fit for our customer base.

* PAYMENTS: If you are accepted, you will receive an email from oldclarkesvillemarket@yahoo.com with your payment information. Payment is due in full within 14 days for your booth fee (non-refundable) via mailed check. Payment made by card will be accessed a 3.3% + .30 cents fee  (example $2.94 on $80) that the card company charges us.

**Scam Alert- Unfortunately, scams are running rampant & we don't want you taken advantage of. You will communicate with Beth Palmer only. Invoices and payments will be made through Oldclarkesvillemarket@yahoo.com. If you are unsure please contact us with questions.

* ENTRY & DEPARTURE: Vendors must be in booths 15 minutes prior to public opening and cannot close/leave early. Early tear-down may result in your exclusion from future Old Clarkesville Market Events. If you are running late or run out of product during the event you must contact us (do not leave beforehand).

* STAY WITHIN BOOTH: Signs, tents, canopies, or any other part or display must NOT extend outside space.

* SMELLS & SOUNDS: Exhibitors should be mindful of smells and sounds that might adversely affect surrounding booths. Music will be provided throughout the event.

* SECURITY: Over night security is provided for vendors setting up on Friday night. Old Clarkesville Market IS NOT responsible in any way for loss or damage to the participant’s property. Exhibitors are responsible for their own property and booth space.

*GA STATE/HABERSHAM COUNTY SALES TAX at 7% must be charged on all sales. Exhibitors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying all sales taxes collected to the Georgia Department of Revenue, Compliance Division. More information can be found https://dor.ga.gov/tax/sales
